Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order across India.
When will my order arrive?
We quality-check and pack each order within 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If your order has more than one item, they may ship separately with separate tracking.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Weather or courier disruptions can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us your order number and we'll check with the courier.
Payment
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery or pay online at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices include taxes, and delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Cancellations and returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't started processing yet. Email hello@warmlee.com as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped or begun processing can't be cancelled.
Can I return a Weighted Plushie?
Weighted Plushies are made for hugging, so for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Can I return a Heatable Plushie or the Evil Eye Plush?
Yes. Let us know within 2 days of delivery at hello@warmlee.com or +91 94569 45693.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us an unedited unboxing video within 1 day of delivery at hello@warmlee.com. We'll sort it out with you, and refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days.

Heating and cooling your Heatable Plushie
How do I heat it?
Place your Warmlee in the microwave face up, with its wings folded on the front. Heat for 90 seconds in a 600–800 W microwave, or 60 seconds in an 850–1000 W microwave.
How do I cool it?
Put your Warmlee in the zip-lock bag it came with and keep it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Can I reheat it many times?
Yes. Let it cool down fully before heating it again.
Why does it smell of lavender?
It's filled with natural millets and dried lavender buds, which give off a soft lavender scent when warm.
Safety
- Read the instructions and safety information on the label and tags before first use.
- Stick to the heating times above. Never heat for longer, and check the warmth on your wrist before hugging.
- Only heat your Heatable Plushie when it is completely dry.
- An adult should heat it and check the temperature before giving it to a child.
- If a Weighted Plushie gets a tear, stop using it and keep it away from children and pets, because the weighted beads inside could be a choking hazard. Email us and we'll help.
Washing and care
Heatable Plushie
Surface-clean gently with a damp cloth. Don't machine wash or soak it, and make sure it's completely dry before heating again.
Weighted Plushie
Spot-clean most of the time. Occasionally you can machine wash on a gentle, cool cycle with similar colours, in a full (not stuffed) load with sturdy items like towels. Washing adds wear, so save it for when it's needed.
Evil Eye Plush
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent, or hand wash. Don't iron the plush fabric, air dry completely before use, and avoid long hours in direct sunlight.
Sizes and weights
- Heatable Plushie: 24 cm long and 50 cm wide with wings, about 1 kg.
- Weighted Plushie: about 2.5–2.6 kg of weight spread through the arms, legs and tummy. Exact size is listed on each product page.
- Evil Eye Plush: 35 cm.
